Competence: - General capacity:self-learning ability, communication capacity, capacity to use language, cooperation capacity,… - Specilized capacity:English language ability, develop self capacity,.. 3. Quality: Love family and country, willing to participate in social activities, live humanty, cooperate with people around,… II./.PREPARATION: 1.Teacher: book, planning, picture, laptop, projector 2.Students: books, notebooks III./.PROCEDURE T’s and Ss’ activities Content ACTIVITY 1 (WARM-UP) (5’) a. Aim: Set the scene, lead students to the main part of the period. b. Content: Jumbled words c. Outcome: arrange the jumbled words d. Organization: - T gives the Jumbled words on the board. Ss arrange the jumbled words , then they give the answer on the board. - T corrects . - T says “ Today, we are going to listen to a dialogue about the brief history of some modern forms of media .Châu is doing an assignment about the media, she wants to ask her father some information to do the assignment”. 2. ACTIVITY 2: PRESENTATION (10’) a. Aim: Students can memorize some new words b. Content: vocabulary, set the scene, structures c. Outcome: students can read and write the new words d. Organization: - T gives new words on the board. - Ss give the meaning of the words. - T read the words twice. - Ss repeat and take note. - T checks the words by playing “ Matching” - T asks Ss to guess the information in the table. 3. ACTIVITY 3: PRACTICE (20’) a. Aim: Helps students to listen, understand the tasks b. Content: a dialogue about the brief history of some modern forms media c. Outcome: fill in the table d. Organization: - T says “ Now you’ll hear a dialogue about the brief history of some modern forms media. You listen to the tape and fill in the table with the information you hear”. - T opens the tape twice. - Ss listen carefully and fill in the table. - Ss give the keys on the board. - T opens the tape again and Ss check the answer. - T corrects and Ss take note. - T gives some questions on the board. - Ss listen to the tape and choose T/F. - Ss give the answer on the board. - T corrects and Ss take note. 4. ACTIVITY 4: APPLICATION (15’) a. Aim: Stundents apply the knowledge they learnt in practice b. Content: Tag – question c. Outcome: Complete the dialogue d.
