Knowledge + The aims: By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to read, understand the text, know more prepositions of place: in front of; behind; to the left / right of to describe position of a house. *Vocabulary: - behind, infrond of, to the left of, to the right of, mountain, well. - trees, flower (review), *Language: - Review: “where” with "to be". 2. Skills : - Practice listening, speaking, reading, writing. 3. Attitude: Help ss to have good consciousness in order to know more prepositions of place: in front of; behind; to the left / right of to describe position of a house. B. Step 2. .Practice: (17m) *Aim: -SS can understand and practice answering the questions. *Methods: Comprehension questions, Picture Drill Individua, pair workl * Time: 17’ * Procedure • Comprehension questions - Asks Ss to read C1 again and answer questions. - Asks Ss to run through all the questions and make sure Ss to know the meaning. - Gets Ss to answer the questions individually. • Answer key: a. Step 3.Production: (12m) *Aim: -SS can listen, understand the text and find the right picture. *Methods: Matching: Individual * Time: 12’ * Procedure • Matching: - Asks Ss to look through all the pictures p.69 - Gets Ss to run through all the pictures. + Eg: P.A: The flowers are in front of the house. It's opposite the drugstore. - Vocabulary: drugstore, movie, between, toy store, police station, bakery, theatre, opposite 2. Skills : - Practice listening, speaking, reading, writing. 3. Attitude: Help ss to have good consciousness in order to use “ Where is .../ are .....?” questions and answers with town vocabulary and practice prepositions of place to describe a street.
