Aims: - By the end of the lesson, students will be able to review Future simple tense, passive form, “mind” to make requests 2. Practice skill: - Practice the comprehension reading and writing. 3. The knowledge needs to get: + Standard knowledge: - Future simple tense, passive form, “mind” to make requests + Advanced knowledge: 4. Basic language: - Grammar: + Future simple tense, passive form +Do / would you mind +V-ing? / Do / would you mind if …………? - Vocabulary: revision of vocabulary. 5. Attitude:- Help ss to have good consciousness in order to practice Future simple tense, passive form, “mind” to make requests B. Teaching- aids: Lesson plan, computer C. Methods: - Model-Talk-Practice, individual work, pair work - Some techniques can be used: Chatting, filling. D. Procedure : I.Organization: ( 1 minute) - Greeting: Good morning! - Who’s absent today? Passive form How to change active form to passive form Active: S + V + O Passive: S + be + PP + (by + O) * The verb BE in the passive form and the main verb in the active form must be put in the same tense. Ex: Someone stole my car. My car was stolen. Someone has stolen my car. My car has been stolen. * The agent is usually omitted if the subject in the active sentence is: Someone, something, … 3. Use “mind” to make requests Form: Would you mind if + S + V (past tense)? Do you mind if + S +V (present tense)? Do/Would you mind + V-ing? * “Would” is more polite than “Do” EXERCISE I.
